Terms and Conditions Update Effective Date: 1 June 2026
Due to the ongoing cost of living crisis and rising expenses, we have made the difficult decision to increase prices across all areas including products, shipping, and related costs. This decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary to continue supporting our community and maintaining our services.
1. Donations and Freebay Policy
- All donations received in-store will now be listed on Freebay for free, under self-pickup only, to support those affected by financial hardship.
- High-value or branded goods may be sold instead of listed for free.
- Funds raised through donations will only be provided to sick or unemployed customers (not those currently employed).
- ID is required when applying for financial support unless you appear clearly over 18.
- Maximum up to 15 items/listings per user, per week. this is to maker to fare on everyone, so others can get a chance to get stuff for free. [Was 10 Items]
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard shipping: £4.99 per order.
- Free delivery on orders over £25.
- FREE Local Deliveries on all Orders [Only within Andover though]
- Royal Mail options are available at checkout (prices may vary).
- No local deliveries or pickups between 7pm and 11am on working days.
- Local pickup cancellations must be made within 3 hours of the pickup deadline.
3. Payments and VAT
- VAT and standard card payments will be removed after 27 February 2026.
- Card reader payments remain available with no extra fees (minimum £5 transaction).
- Prices will remain consistent across all platforms, with possible discounts agreed upon by both parties.
4. Reselling Policy
- Customers may resell purchased items and use the given prices.
- Bulk-buy discounts may be offered for resale purposes.
- Free goods cannot be resold for profit immediately after receiving them.
- Free items may only be resold later if they become unwanted.
- Anyone found reselling free goods for profit may be banned from future purchases.
- Report violations to allatbargainsuk@gmail.com with proof.
5. Donations – Condition Requirements
- Clothing donations must be clean, washed, and free from stains or marks.
- Toys, board games, teddies, DVDs, and books etc etc must be in good, clean, and working condition.
- Damaged or unclean items will be disposed of.
- DVDs, video games, CDs, and books will be resold, not given away for free, to avoid confusion between purchased and donated stock.
6. Books, Rebates, and Warranties
- Books can be repurchased directly from us or via Amazon (prices may differ).
- Book warranties vary depending on where and when they were purchased.
- Refunds, exchanges, or money-back guarantees depend on the product type and purchase location.
- For print-on-demand goods, refund terms vary by order.
- For Amazon purchases, contact Amazon support directly through your order history.
7. Gold+ Membership and Child Cards
- Gold+ Membership continues as normal.
- Under-16s can apply for a free Gold Card (limited access: earn points and get vouchers only).
- 16+ customers can apply for a Gold+ Card (full access).
- When a child turns 16, their Gold Card will expire after 30 days, unless upgraded to Gold+.
- All data from the child card will transfer to the Gold+ card within 7 days.
- Lost or untransferred data cannot be recovered.
- ID is required for all membership applications for "Gold+ Cards" Only.
- Customer ID data will be securely stored for 3 months and then permanently deleted in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
8. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours before processing begins.
- After processing, a cancellation request must be submitted and may take up to 24 hours for approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Card, PayPal, or Cash).
- Refunds may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
9. Operating Hours
- Closed every weekend from Friday onwards for staff breaks.
- Open Monday–Thursday, with local pickup available between 11am–7pm.
10. General Terms
- Prices are consistent across all platforms.
- Refund and exchange policies may vary depending on the product and purchase method.
